S: 2-4

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are processed on weekdays during business hours and need 2-3 business days before the order is shipped out in the mail. After processing, standard shipping is 7-10 business days.

The Sharp Team is working safely and diligently to get all shipments out as soon as possible. Due to COVID-19, you may experience shipping delays.

What is your return policy?

Items are exchangeable for store credit within 7 business days after delivery. All returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, new, unworn, undamaged, salable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable). Discount items are FINAL SALE

All returned items are inspected by the Sharp Team. We reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in salable condition. If you do not pass inspection you will not receive any credit and we will return the package back to you.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees

Jackie Sharp is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.
